We will be diving deep into conversations with GEICO's top leading women panelists to discuss climbing the corporate ladder, balancing work/family/social lives, staying true to oneself, and more. Our Guest Speakers: Anna Wentz has been with GEICO for 15.5 years, serving in management in various roles in Claims and Customer Service and recently working on GEICO’s new CRM deployment. She graduated with distinction from Penn State University with a BS in Management with an HR Concentration and a Minor in Engineering Leadership Development and holds her CPCU and API designations. Mckisa Tate began her career in 1997 with GEICO. She has held various positions and Manager roles in Sales, Service, Claims and is currently a Technical Supervisor in GEICO Technology Solutions. Mckisa was a single mother of two who worked full time while pursuing multiple degrees, including her MBA. She is also a licensed Realtor and property investment strategist as the owner of Make Moves Realty. Mallorie Wood has worked with GEICO for 11 years. She began her career in their entry-level Emergency Roadside Service department as a young adult out of school. Through the years, she’s had the opportunity to lead in management, training new hires, work in Human Resources with future leaders, and serve as an aid for office-wide planning and support. Teressa Knab has been at GEICO for over 11 years and has worked in several departments within our Lakeland, FL, and Indianapolis, IN offices. She currently works at GEICO's headquarters in Chevy Chase, MD, where she helps guide GEICO's corporate strategy of engaging associates countrywide in volunteerism and philanthropic giving campaigns.
