🎉NSCS is proud and excited to announce Ms. Nicole Bathke from Full Sail University has been selected as one of the 2021-2022 New Advisors of the Year. 🎉 NSCS chapter advisors play a critical role in the ongoing operation and success of NSCS chapters and new advisors are the lifeblood of a growing organization. Ms. Bathke has been an amazing support for the Full Sail University chapter. She dedicates so much time to making sure things are running smoothly, that the chapter officers feel supported and valued in their roles, and that communication is effective between all members of the team. Niki makes an effort to attend and help manage all chapter activities and tirelessly works to make sure the Full Sail chapter is one of the best in the country. She helps the officers to develop their leadership skills and guides them to become effective leaders.
