NSCS has changed my life in so many ways! I never thought I could be a leader, let alone President of my local Chapter. I honored my favorite professor as an honorary member and nominated him for the Inspire Integrity Award which he won. I am a non-traditional student and have always felt welcome in NSCS. During the pandemic, they even offered their virtual conference free to members. I started at a community college and now attend Smith College, and I believe my involvement in NSCS helped me get in.
