Becoming or being selected to become a member of NSCS testifies to hard work and dedication. The award opened a world of opportunities for me, strengthening my confidence and recognition among employers. However, NSCS must maintain high standards to preserve the award's credibility. Both recipients and the organization benefit symbiotically — the member gains recognition, while the organization gains ambassadors who uphold its name.
