Getting involved as an officer is the best way to get the most from being part of the organization. I became the treasurer in my last year in college and it helped me get more involved in the organization and appreciate the work behind every activity. I had great experiences doing community service and other college activities with NSCS. I met many amazing people and friends thanks to it. There are also great opportunities for scholarships and nice discounts for members.
