NSCS is a great organization for students to get involved in because there are tons of opportunities/benefits available including community service events, webinars and scholarships which can be completed at any level of commitment. While other student organizations can be a huge time commitment, NSCS is a society that is perfect for busy students because you get out of it as much as you're willing to put in!
