NSCS Cancellation Policy

During the join process, when registering to become a Member of NSCS, by ‘clicking the I agree checkbox’ you are agreeing to the NSCS Cancellation Policy.

NSCS offers a 14-day money back guarantee. As long as you joined within the past 14 days, we will refund the full price of your membership. In order to get a refund, we ask that you email us at nscs@nscs.org so that we have an official record of your request. Your refund will be processed the same way you paid – either refunded to your card or a check will be sent. Card refunds take 2-3 business days to show up in your account. Check requests can take up to two weeks to process.
